Peanuts benefits , not peanuts butter , to reduces risks of death

If you like them and eat them regularly, you are lucky, As the peanuts has approved its healthy benefits to increase the risk of death. The results of a recent study conducted at Vanderbilt University, that eating peanuts, even in small amounts, would reduce the risk of death due to cardiovascular diseases. The study pointed out that eating this kind of food is linked to the overall decline in the risk of death by between 17 and 21% depending on the consumed amount , and a decline between 23 and 38% in the risk of death from cardiovascular disease.
The results showed that eating small amounts of peanuts, as consumption of 30 grams per week, have a positive impact in the protection of cardiovascular disease.
Hong Lu, a specialist in epidemiology and the supervisor of the president on this study said : “We have noticed in our study that eating peanut accompanied by a decline in the overall risk of death resulting especially from cardiovascular disease among the American population, as well as the Chinese men and women in Shanghai.”
Hong said : “Given that the peanut much available more cheaper compared with other nuts , As encouraging to increase its consumption, can be an economical way to improve cardiovascular health among the public,” adding that to be a modest increase in the amount of peanuts on a balanced diet is good health level, and pointing out that the results of this study supports previous research concluded that there are encouraging the benefits of peanuts on health.
